Mr. Pita Voted Michigan's Best Pita - 2008

Commerce Twp.-based Mr. Pita Restaurant earned the top spot in the 2008 Detroit News Michigan’s Best Reader’s poll.  Mr. Pita, founded in 1993, has 35 locations and serves a wide variety of premium and lowfat pitas prepared in a variety of styles. 

Mr. Pita’s sister company, Papa Romano’s garnered top honors in the category of Michigan’s Best Pizza and Subs.  Both companies are planning major expansion within and outside of Michigan.
